I got there with my bags and was kind of trying to figure out where I was supposed to go, since the setup wasn’t super obvious at first. The staff seemed busy but helpful, and after looking around for a minute it all worked out. Check-in itself actually went really fast once I got to the right spot, just a little confusing in the beginning

We went with our two kids and overall had a good time. The caves were really cool and the staff was friendly, which helped a lot. That said, a few parts were kind of tough with younger kids, the waiting around got old fast. The food was also more expensive than I expected, which was annoying. Still, it was a fun day out for the family, but I’d probably recommend it more if your kids are a little older and have more patience than mine did.

The music was really good and I had a decent time overall, but the lines got annoying quickly. After a while it felt less like being there to enjoy the event and more like I was just a ticket number waiting to be moved along

I just wanted to say the staff were really helpful from the moment I walked in, they answered my questions, made everything feel easy, and I left feeling like they actually cared, so thanks a lot.

I went to Glenwood Caverns with my family, and to be fair, we did have a good time. The bigger rides are definitely the highlight, especially if you’re into heights and want a little thrill. That said, there just didn’t seem to be a ton of variety, and after a few hours we felt like we had pretty much done most of what we wanted to do. I’d still say it’s worth visiting at least once, but for the price and the trip up there, it would be nice to see a better mix of rides and attractions

I went to Glenwood Caverns last weekend and had a good experience. I’m the type of person who notices things like bathrooms, walkways, and basic upkeep right away, especially when a place is crowded, and overall it felt well taken care of. The bathrooms were cleaner than I expected for a busy day, and the walkways felt safe, which helped me relax and enjoy myself. There were a few trash bins getting full near the food area, and one hand dryer wasn’t working, so I did make a mental note of that. Nothing major enough to ruin the day, though. The staff seemed like they were doing their best to keep up. I’d give it 5 stars if those little maintenance things were handled a bit faster.

There were lots of options to pick from, which is always nice. I mean, common sense says it’s better when you’re not stuck with just one or two choices. Overall, it made finding something I liked easy...

We brought our 7 and 10 year old here they had a blast. The cave tour was cool and interesting without dragging on forever, which is key because kids can detect boredom like it’s some kind of government signal. After that, the rides kept them busy for a good while, and the staff were super nice and patient, even when the kids had a million questions. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the food lines moved slow and the prices felt a little too perfectly calculated, like someone in a back room definitely knows parents will pay anything once the kids are hungry. Still, it was a really good family stop and I’d go back.

I had a really good time at Glenwood Caverns. The cave tour was my favorite part — our guide clearly knew their stuff and made it easy to follow without making it feel like a lecture. The rides were fun too, and the views from up there are seriously amazing. The lines weren’t too bad when we went, which helped a lot. The food was just okay though, and if that part got any worse or the waits got crazy, I’d probably consider leaving early next time. But overall, it was totally worth the trip.

The park was alright overall, and we still had some fun, but the restrooms really took away from the experience. A few stalls were out of toilet paper, the floors were wet, and there was that smell like nobody had checked on them in way too long. I know places like this get busy, but when you’re paying that much for tickets, it feels frustrating to lose out on basic cleanliness. We even waited in line just to end up with a messy stall, which was annoying. Not the worst place I’ve been, but they definitely need to stay on top of the bathrooms better.

I’ve been using it for a while and overall it’s been a solid experience. Everything works fine for the most part, and I don’t really have many complaints. But wow, the updates can feel painfully slow sometimes. Like, I’m just sitting there wondering if anything is even happening. Anyway, still decent, just wish they’d speed that part up.

I had a question about tickets before we went, so I emailed them not totally expecting to hear back quickly. To my surprise, they replied the same day and explained what I needed to know. I did have to send one follow-up, so it wasn’t exactly perfect, but they were friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience...

The guide was actually great and made the tour way more interesting than I expected. The caves looked amazing inside too, which helped make up for the parts of the trip that felt a little basic

I can’t speak for every single ride since I didn’t try absolutely everything, but the ones I went on were wild. The swing especially was way more intense than I expected. The views were great too, but for me the thrill factor is what really made it feel like a 5-star day.

The seasonal hours were really helpful and made it easy to stop by when I needed to. I remember noticing the hours sign was slightly crooked for some reason, which stuck in my mind, but the schedule worked out great.

Parking was way easier than I expected. We didn’t have to drive around forever looking for a spot, and the lot was close enough that the walk wasn’t a big deal. Getting out afterward was quick too, which was a relief. I’m usually picky about paying for parking, but for the convenience, it felt worth it.

I liked the food overall, but at the same time I felt like it was too pricey for what you get. It tasted good and I’d probably still go back, but I also left thinking the bill was higher than it should’ve been.

We had a good time checking out the caves and going on the rides, but the tickets and food got expensive really fast. I also felt like the terms or what’s included kept changing, which was kind of frustrating when you’re already paying that much. For the price, I expected a little more to be covered. It’s still worth doing once, but definitely go in with a budget and read the details carefully before you buy.

I got my tickets quickly, so that was nice. The site did freeze on me once, which was a bit annoying, but thankfully it didn’t take too long to sort out.

Went for the caves. Ended up loving the mountain views more. The ride up was gorgeous. At the top, it’s just open views everywhere. Super calm. Great for photos. I’d definitely go back
